Our Programme

YOUTH at‑risk PROGRAMME

Guiding today’s youth away from risk and toward a future full of purpose.

1. FOCUS AREA

This programme supports youth who are at risk of negative choices or are facing challenges that threaten their wellbeing and future.

Our focus is on prevention, resilience‑building, life skills development, positive relationships and leadership through applied theatre and mentorship.

Activities include theatre‑based workshops, mentorship, life skills training, creative expression, education support and community engagement.

2. THE NEED

Many young people face pressures and circumstances that increase the risk of negative outcomes, including:

Exposure to violence, crime and gangs

Poverty and limited opportunities

Family breakdown and instability

Poor school performance and disengagement

Substance abuse and unhealthy behaviours

Low self‑esteem and lack of direction

Limited access to positive role models and support

Mental health challenges and trauma

3. TARGET GROUPS

Young people aged 18 to 35 who are:

At risk of crime, gang involvement or substance abuse

Struggling in school or at risk of dropping out

Experiencing family or community challenges

Living in high‑risk or vulnerable communities

Involved in negative peer groups

Lacking positive role models and guidance

We work with youth, their families and communities to create stronger support networks.
